Reclaimed Hardwood Flooring

Rhodes Hardwood partners with a couple of companies that salvage lumber from old buildings and structures. Since we work closely with these companies we are able to offer a great historical story behind your flooring. This flooring comes from old grain elevators, barns, fencing, factories, & wine and whisky tanks.. Reclaimed is a great option because it is eco friendly, and has a great unique patina and look.

If you have ever noticed reclaimed flooring in retail stores such as; Urban Outfitters, Anthroplogie, Nike, LL Bean, Harley Davidson, or Life is Good , chances are it came from the same place we source our reclaimed from from.

Reclaimed flooring varies in price from about $6.99-$14 per square foot depending on the species, size, stain, texture and finish. Reclaimed flooring typically has a 2-3 week lead time.

Rhodes Hardwood sells reclaimed flooring to the public. Minimum order 500 sq ft if not using our installers.

We can leave the original rough sawn look or plane the wood to a smooth surface

Flooring can be lightly sanded for a slightly rough or rustic look, or sanded aggressively for a smooth more refined look.

Flooring can be stained, or have the natural coloring enhanced with a plant oil finish

Most of our reclaimed flooring can be engineered, so it can be installed over concrete.
