Below we have provided a list of our prices for the various services we offer to hopefully save ourselves and our clients time. We believe there is a difference between a good value and the best price. We sincerely believe in using the very best products available for wood floors. Since it is not possible to offer the lowest price the best possible products, we choose to offer these great products at very fair prices and cater to those who would prefer quality and longevity over the “cheapest price”. We are very happy to offer onsite visits free of charge. However, we do politely ask that you review our prices and be fairly certain you wish to work with us prior to inviting us out. Hardwood Floor Restoration (Residential & Commercial)

  • Sandless Refinish (Buff & Recoat) $1 per sq ft for oil finish, or $1.49 for a waterbased finish – Buff & Recoat w/ 2 coatings $1.49
  • Sand & Refinish – 3 coatings of Bona Woodline® Oil finish, or Bona Mega® Waterborne finish $2.99 per square foot
  • Sand & Refinish with the ultimate in durability-Bona Traffic® from $3.49 per square foot
  • Sand & Refinish w/ Rubio Monocoat (a non toxic plant based oil) from $3.49 per square foot
  • Sand & Finish w/ custom finishing techniques including; fuming, smoking, pre colors etc – from $3.99 per sq ft

  • Additional Finish Coatings $1 per square foot, or $1.49 per square foot for 2 – See floor finishes
  • Staining $1 per square foot (this includes a water pre treatment to help stain take evenly “water popping”) – See stain colors
  • Solid wood stair tread & riser refinishing ($40-$50 per tread – $40-$50 per riser)
  • Sand ONLY (You do the finishing) – from $2 per square foot

Flooring Installation (Residential & Commercial)

  • Installation of engineered wood floors, Pre finished, Bamboo, & Cork from $3.49 per square foot. (Glue down installation is extra)
  • Install, Sand & Finish site finished flooring from $5.99 per square foot (Add 99¢ per sq ft for staining/Add 50¢ for Traffic finish) – custom finishing techniques are extra
  • Install stair treads – $50-$75 each
  • Install stair risers – $40-$50 each

Misc

  • Remove and reinstall baseboards or quarter round- $150-$450 depending upon job size
  • Flush mount wood vents & Installation $60-$100 each depending upon wood species
  • Flooring Delivery $50-$100
  • Treat subfloor with a roll on primer (great for pet stains and smells) 75¢ per square foot
  • Carpet Removal & Disposal 75¢ per square foot
  • Tile Removal & Disposal $2-$4 per square foot
  • Onsite Dumpster – $150-$500 depending upon the size needed
